Policies

Payment

Full payment is due before the start of event.  Payment can be made with cash or check.  Checks can be made out to Time To Party.  A Credit Card number will be taken at time of reservation for deposit purposes only.  Rental minimum of $150 for all events.

Delivery Requirements

Delivery Area: Summit County (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne, and Summit Cove) and Lake County (Leadville and Twin Lakes).  Deliveries to Eagle County will have an additional $100 delivery fee.  Outside the delivery area, a fee may apply. Contact us today for a quote: 970-238-0712.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the set up area is equal to or larger than the required space needed for the unit (space requirements are listed on Bounce House webpage).

Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery path from the truck to set up area  is hardened and level with no steps or drop offs.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the set-up area is dry and the watering system is off (if applicable).  Wet or soggy areas may cause the set-up to be cancelled at customer’s full rental price.

Cancellation and Refunds

A 25% non-refundable fee will be charged for any cancelled event up to 48 hours prior to the event.  Full rental prices will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Time To Party, LLC. or its contractors shall not be held responsible for unfavorable conditions (i.e. high winds, rain, electrical outages, etc.) and Customer is responsible to notify Time To Party, LLC. at least two hours before event start time in case of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather, power outages, etc.).

Supervision

There must be adult supervision (21 years or older) at all times during the use of the rental equipment.

Injuries have happened using the rented game/service, injuries will happen in the future and there is the potential for injury during use by the Customer and his/her guests. Customer assumes the risk of renting the arranged game/service.

Customer shall never allow more than the allotted number of participants and weight maximum specified on the individual rental piece. All participants must remove shoes and/or sharp objects before using the games/service where applicable.

No alcohol, drugs, or smoking is allowed in or around the equipment.

No food or drinks allowed in rental equipment.

Damages

Customer agrees to a $50.00 cleanup fee per item if equipment or game(s) is excessively dirty upon pickup (i.e. candy, food, drinks, confetti, etc.).

Silly string or similar products are not allowed.  Failure to do so requires a $200.00 cleanup fee per item.

If equipment is returned in a damaged but repairable condition, customer shall be liable for the cost of such repairs and Customer assumes responsibility for the return of equipment in the same condition it was received. If equipment is returned in a destroyed or irreparable condition, customer shall be liable for full replacement value of each item.
